Dress Up

While we were out and about today, I picked up some fun new dress up clothes. After nap, Braylon, Macyn and company tried them out.

Braylon the Great, did not really like the red "gasses", so he gave them to Macy :)

In fact, he wasn't really into getting dressed up himself, rather he had fun dressing up sissy and his toys! I think Macy had fun with it though :)

This threesome is ready to hit the town. I love the look the "nino" has going on :)

Macyn is starting to sit up on her own a bit. I think she looks like she's practicing yoga :)

Missy Sissy

We had Macyn's 4 month appt at the end of July and she weighed in at 16lbs 2oz and measured 26.75 inches, which is off the charts for her age :) She is rolling over and sitting up with support. I think she is teething too. She's drooling like a fool and chews on everything. It's really hard to believe that this darling little girl has been with us nearly 5 months already! Time is passing by WAY too fast!

Aunt Josie and Uncle Wyatt

My dad, step-mom and little brother and sister came up for a brief overnight visit. Braylon sure did enjoy his time with Josie and Wyatt. He kept them very busy while they were here, wrestling, chasing and just being goofy :) He did take a break here and there to have Uncle Wyatt read to him while Macyn and Aunt Josie kicked back.

Space Day

Last week, the kids' school had a space day competition between classrooms. It was super fun and the staff did an amazing job decorating and getting the kids involved. Board members were judges for the event and I was able to judge in Bryan's place since he was unable to. Each room had a theme with the kids dressed accordingly and had fun games and activities planned for the day. Here are a few pics of Braylon and Macy as they participated in Space Day!!

Macyn's class were the astronauts in training for the Mission to Milestone Moon. Here she is in her NASA suit with her little jet pack on!


Braylon and his classmates were the Astronaut Tots. They all took pictures with their space helmets on. I thought the whole center looked great and all the kids were having a great time. This is just one of the reasons we love Stepping Stones!

Bath Time

Macy is really starting to enjoy bath time. We keep them short and sweet, but while she's in the tub, she kicks, splashes, and smiles!

My favorite part is right after bath, when I get to lotion her little buns and thighs while she's snug in her towel. I think she likes it too!

If she's up for it, she'll get some time to play around in her jammies. Most of the time, she's ready for bed right after bath, but on this particular evening she enjoyed some tummy time. She's rolled over a few times already, but I have yet to capture it on video. I keep trying, but she won't perform on demand; imagine that :)
